Sunday November 3, 2013, Lake City, FL

We had our coffee before leaving for church in time to be there at 10:30.  Most of the family was there, more than doubling the size of the congregation.  In spite of the numbers the singing was uplifting.  The lesson was on Jesus' two commandments on Love, it was very thought provoking.

The triplets were very well behaved during the worship service.

We all met later at the Ole Time Country Buffet.  By "all" I mean Bill and Arlene Leedy from Dana Point, CA; Lois and Phil Wall from Fillmore, CA; those of us from Las Vegas; Chris, Cassie and Kylee Anderson from Clearwater, FL;  and many members of the Jenkins family from Lake City, FL.  There were about 30 people all told.  Beside the mini reunion of the Barnhart family this was an opportunity to celebrate Burl and Bonnie Jenkin's 50th wedding anniversary.
We had cake and Arlene presented a photograph book that include pictures of Burl and Bonnie before their marriage and after, up to the present.

The triplets are well behaved at restaurants, they eat well and don't cause a lot of fuss.

After the meal Chris and his family left for Clearwater and the rest of us adjourned to our respective local abodes until after the kid's naps.  I spent some of the time catching up on the blog and other e-chores.  Apple recently upgraded the operating system on the I-pad and the upgrade took away some of the features I had enjoyed the most.  I finally figured out how to work around the changes.

Back at Marty and Tommy's we visited until about 8 PM, enjoying the company of family members who don't get together often enough.  All the out of towners are leaving tomorrow.  Some by airlines and the rest , like us, by vehicle.

I hope to leave the RV park by 9 AM and drive to the Mobile, AL area.  Of course we may have to deal with more gremlins that may attack the electric system.
