Following the Barkers

Sunday, September 8, 2013, Stafford, VA

No hurry today, we only have plans to worship with the congregation at Oakey Blvd.

We had our coffee and finished out other morning routines.  Adjusting for the time difference we had until noon before Bible Study.  We tuned into the Bible Study on the internet and after that the Sunday morning worship service.  It is not only satisfying to worship God but also to see members of our home congregation worshiping.  Randy's message was encouraging and uplifting.

After services I went out to try and find some local geocaches.  I found three and didn't find one.

After returning to the park I drained the holding tanks, rolled up the sewer and water hoses.  I also took in all the awnings and took down the colors and stowed the flag pole.  I also hooked up the Jeep.  I have very little to do in the morning before we move on to Fayetteville, NC en route to Charleston, SC.

Gerri fixed a quinoa and chicken salad and served it with cottage cheese and crackers.

We tuned into evening worship service from Oakey Blvd.  After some TV we went to bed early, since tomorrow is a travel day.
