It started raining during the night and continued all day with very little let up.
We had our coffee and decided to drive into Charlottetown. Charlottetown is on the south coast of the island and we are staying in Cavendish almost on the north coast. The distance was about 33 km. We visited many of the places on our list of recommendations. We saw the port where we would have docked last year on our cruise if it had not been for high winds.

We met up with the group for another wagon masters dinner at the park lodge. They served hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, cole slaw and cauliflower Art made cake topped with cherries
By the end of dinner the rain had stopped. We returned to the coach and watched some of the Olympic events before going to bed. I tried to tune in the net cast of the evening services from Oakey Boulevard. There was no broadcast.
Tomorrow we have a dinner in North Rustico at Fisherman's Wharf.
