Friday August 19, 2016 Richibucto Village, NB, Canada

We had our coffee while catching up on computer stuff.  I went out to try to find some caches while Gerri stayed at the coach.  Moe was busy so I went caching alone.

I spent most of the time driving around trying to find the right roads.  I found one cache and because of water filled ditches only got close to two others.

After my geocaching we went to a local soap factory.  We weren't there in time for a presentation on their methods.  The small museum and history of soap making and it's use were interesting.

It has to be tall to see over the dune
We drove around along the coast for a while.  We were surprised how many small RV parks are in the area. We also saw other small harbors with a dozen or so fishing boats.  This area is known as the Arcadian Coast.  Most of the people are French speakers and signage is in French.

On this trip we have seen very few moose.  I saw one and Gerri has seen one.  There are a lot of warning signs along highways.  I don't think even the moose believe them.

Even the yards are anchored

All a lie

That evening we met in the garage for hors d'ouevres and then moved to a nearby gazebo for local music.  It had turned very cool and Gerri didn't go to the entertainment.

The entertainment was over by 9.  Tomorrow we only travel about 145 miles and will only be there 1 night.
