Our disembarkation instructions were to vacate our room by 8 AM. We set an alarm for 6:30. Our scheduled arrival was 6 AM, but we were in port by 4:30. We did get up at 6:30 and out of our stateroom by 8AM. All but our carry on bags were put out last night before we went to bed..,
We assembled for or disembarkation in the Vista Lounge. We were in a group set for disembarkation at 10:45. The crew announcements blamed the border and immigration people, but I think the ship just didn't have it together for over 4000 people leaving the ship. Once off the ship there was a shortage of porters to help with the luggage, We did reach the pickup point and waited for the limo to pick us up. Richard had waited as long as he could but had to do another pickup. The substitute driver, Paul, found us and we were soon on our way back to the RV Park.
Back at the motor home, a little before 1pm, the driver unloaded the bags at our door step after a stop at the office to pickup our keys. Gerri started up the motor home and put out the passenger side slides while I hooked up the water and sewer lines. A little later I realized that she hadn't put down the leveling jacks. I noticed that some lights were on on the dash that shouldn't be. I never figured out the problem. That will be a job for tomorrow.
It took quite awhile to catch up our e-mail and I went through the blogs and cleaned up duplicates and and bad dates.
Gerri went out to Boston Market and picked up a meal that included the meat loaf she didn't get last night.
We called it a night at a little past 11.
