Cacti are in bloom everywhere

We had our coffee while catching up on computer stuff.  In the late morning I drove to the south end of town and found 7 caches. I DNFed one.












It was quite hot and I went back to the coach to cool off before going to dinner with Keith and Alice.  We went to another restaurant, Barley Brothers, just across the London Bridge.  http://barleybrothers.com/This one is on the right and is part of a complex of shops and restaurants that overlook the bridge and water.  Tonight's special was all you can eat fish and chips.  It was good, but no left overs.

After eating we walked down to the river under the bridge and looked for a cache.  A man met us under the bridge, a troll maybe, and told us he thought what we were looking for was on the top of the bridge.  We took some pictures around the back of the restaurant and then went back to street level.  Keith found the cache behind a lamppost on the bridge.  That brought my total for the day to 8.

Keith and Alice leave in the morning for Minefee, CA.  We said our goodbyes tonight because they plan to leave about 8 AM, it is a little over 250 miles to Minefee

Some reading and computer time ended the day.
